High-Quality Materials
Our PVC VIP Birthday Invitations are printed in vibrant colors on a plastic PVC card, measuring 3 3/8″ x 2 1/8″, the size of a credit card. Each invitation is accompanied by a sleek black Aluminum Badge Holder, and the back side displays all the necessary information for your upcoming celebration. And to complete the VIP experience, our custom Birthday Lanyards are the perfect accessory for these one-of-a-kind invitations!
Helpful Hints when Submitting your Photos
►PHOTO: Please ensure that your child’s photo is of high quality and does not have anyone else in the picture. This invitation specifically requires a clear forward-facing image with minimal obstruction around the neck and shoulder area.
►BE CREATIVE: Let your imagination run wild! Anyone can be a photographer nowadays; just grab your digital camera or phone, snap a photo, and presto – you’re a photographer! The more innovative and original your photos are, the more impressive your final result will be.
►WE GOT YOUR BACK! Our goal is to create the best design possible for you. If the photo you submit does not meet our requirements, we will inform you before beginning the design process.
►SWITCHING OUT YOUR PHOTO: Due to the extensive design process for your VIP Invitation, we are unable to change the photo once we begin working on it. We kindly ask that you double check and confirm that the submitted photo is the one you wish to use.
►REVISIONS: Once you have submitted your order, our team will immediately begin creating your proof and it will be delivered to you within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Please carefully review the draft and inform us of any necessary changes. We offer two rounds of revisions as part of our package to guarantee that your VIP invitation is perfect. Printing will not commence until we receive your final approval. If any further revisions are needed, there will be an additional fee of $5 per change.
